Carnival Phantasm

Carnival Phantasm (カーニバル・ファンタズム Kānibaru Fantazumu?) is a comedy OVA series based on the Type-Moon Gag manga, Take-Moon (テイク・ムーン Teiku Mūn?) by Eri Takenashi, the author of Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens. The OVA series was created by Type-Moon to celebrate the company's 10th anniversary. The series focuses on funny and absurd situations happening to the various characters of the Type-Moon franchises mostly from Fate/stay night and Tsukihime.

Characters

Neco Arc
A cat spirit with a resemblance to Arcueid Brunestud of Tsukihime, she along with the other cats serve as the hosts of the show and often comment on the episode's story, as well as introduce upcoming segments in interludes. In some episodes she plays other roles aside from host. She is voiced by Ryōka Yuzuki who is also the voice of Arcueid.
Neco Arc Chaos
A cat spirit with a resemblance to Nrvnsqsr Chaos of Tsukihime. He is often seen smoking a cigarette. He is voiced by Jōji Nakata who happens to be the voice of both Kotomine Kirei and Nrvnqsr Chaos both antagonists in Fate/Stay Night and Tsukihime respectively.
Neco Arc Destiny & Neco Arc Babbles
Cat spirits who work in the cafe Ahnenerbe alongside Neco Arc and Neco Arc Chaos. They are voiced by Atsuko Tanaka and Kumi Sakuma respectively. Atsuko Tanaka is the voice of Caster in Fate/Stay Night while Kumi Sakuma is the voice of Ciel in Tsukihime.
Destiny is a pink colored cat that the more sensible of the duo and converses regularly with the other spirits with a more reserved attitude. She also has a soft spot for children. Babbles herself has a constant spaced-out grinning expression, and remains silent throughout the series only speaking in grunts and nodding her head in agreement to situations.
Neco Arc Evolution
An otaku cat spirit with a fixation on Phantas-Moon, he is seen to be familiar with the cats of Ahnenerbe, however they do not know nor recognize him. He is voiced by Kenji Nojima who is the voice of Shiki Tohno.
Phantas-Moon
The main heroine of the show Phantas-Moon a recurring segment in Carnival Phantasm. Her segments consists entirely of her attacking and defeating mushroom based enemies before going onto a preview of the next Phantas-Moon show. She is a parody of magical girls in general and Sailor Moon specifically. She is a version of Arcuied and as such is voiced by Ryōka Yuzuki.
Taiga Fujimura and Illyasviel von Einzbern
The hosts of the end segment known as "Taiga's Dojo" a brief skit between Taiga and Ilya where they introduce the title of the next episode. The segment based on the "Taiga's Dojo" in Fate/Stay Night where Taiga and Ilya give advice to players who land on a bad end in the game. Taiga is voiced by Miki Ito while Ilya is voiced by Mai Kadowaki
Seihai-Kun
A representation of the Holy Grail of Fuyuki, it listens to the problems of other characters in the show but more often than not it advises them to use a knife to solve their problems much to their astonishment. It is voiced by Noriko Shitaya who is the voice of Sakura Matou.

The anime's opening theme song is "Super Affection" (すーぱー☆あふぇくしょん) by Minami Kuribayashi, Miyuki Hashimoto, Faylan, Aki Misato, Yozuca* and Rino and the ending theme song is "Fellows" by Masaaki Endoh.

The Ahnenerbe holds a party to celebrate the end of the series, and it includes various characters that haven't appeared in the series from Fate/Zero, Kara no Kyōkai, and Notes. The final segment features Ayaka Sajou calling Ahnenerbe as a lead in to Fate/Prototype.
